USA Beach Wrestling Rules will be used. 

1 3 minute period

1st to 3 wins

Wrestler with highest score af the end of 3 minutes wins.

Wrestler scoring last point wins in case of tie. 

Scoring- 1pt for regular takedowns. 1pt for push out of opponent 3 points for landing your opponent directly on their back.
