For the Girls Team State Duals, contact Girls Development Director Katrin Eggum via email keggum@mnusawrestling.org. Each year, the MN/USA Team State Tournament grows deeper and with higher quality. This year's event will be no different as the K-6 Team State Tournament will feature a 24 team field and Girls Team State will feature 8-10 teams.

NEW LOCATION!  New this year, our team state tournament returns to the RCTC Fieldhouse, and will feature 16 total mats of action!

2026 State Team Folkstyle Tournament Schedule

Thursday, March 12
7:00 am Elementary Med checks in the Main Fieldhouse. The wrestlers will be staged in the bleachers.
7:15 am – 8:00 am Weigh-Ins for all Elementary Division Teams. Teams will be staged in the bleachers of the Fieldhouse and Med checks and weigh-ins will be done in the main Fieldhouse at mat-side. 

Note: All athletes must weigh in wearing a competition singlet or compression shirt, competition shorts, and appropriate undergarments, as per NFHS and MNUSAW rules. Teams will not be allowed to weigh in as a team until all team members are present. (Weigh-ins for the team are ONLY for the team tournament and DO NOT qualify for the individual tournament.)

8:00 am Referee’s Meeting

8:00 am Girls Med checks in the Main Fieldhouse. The wrestlers will be staged in the bleachers.

8:00-8:30 am Weigh-Ins for all Girls Division Teams. Teams will be staged in the exhibition hall, Med. checks and weigh-ins will be done in the auditorium.

8:00 am Table Worker’s Meeting and Coach's Meeting matside in the Fieldhouse

8:45am Elementary Division morning session begins, Rounds 1-3.

9:30 am Girls Division morning session begins with Rounds 1-3.

There will be a break at the end of the Girls and Elementary Division Round 3 for one hour. The break begins after the final match has been wrestled. Announcements will be made in-house and on social media. 

The afternoon session begins after the break. Wrestling will be continuous and will conclude with the finals matches. All rounds will start immediately upon conclusion of the previous round or as soon as the proper team pairings are established.
