UNIFORM & GEAR  

Wrestlers must wear a singlet with underbriefs or a two-piece uniform consisting of compression or board shorts and a tight-fitting sleeveless, short, or long-sleeved shirt. Uniforms shall not be excessively baggy, and shall not have pockets, buttons, or snaps. 
 
Girls must wear a women’s cut singlet. 
 
Shoelaces should be secured with tape or a system that covers the laces so that they do not come undone during a match.
