ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP

All athletes who meet age-group requirements and are current members of USA Wrestling are eligible to participate. Wrestlers must enter their USA Wrestling Membership number when they register online. Wrestlers that do not have valid USA Wrestling Membership numbers will not be allowed to register.

WRESTLING LEADER MEMBERSHIP

All coaches that wish to gain access to the competition floor to coach athletes must have a current USA Wrestling Leader Membership Card. All USA Wrestling Leader Membership Cards MUST be attained prior to the event, due to mandatory background checking. How do I earn a Copper or Bronze level coaches certification?

Once a coach has their Wrestling Leader Membership with USA Wrestling, they can take the Copper or Bronze level coaches certifications through their membership profile at www.USAWmembership.com.

To purchase, access the course options under the top tab for MANAGE, followed by COACH CERTIFICATIONS in the drop-down.

ADD the desired course to the shopping cart and then check out and pay the course fee.

Once the fee is paid, courses can be accessed under the MY COURSES tab.

As soon as a course is finished, the coach’s profile is updated automatically in our system.

We will send the coach a free new membership card that reflects the certification in about 3 to 4 weeks.

For coaches who need proof of certification sooner, they’ll be able to re-print a membership card from their profile reflecting all current certifications. Any online registration system will see the coach’s certifications as well.

Coaches who have earned both Copper and Bronze level certifications automatically qualify to start Silver level tasks. These tasks can be accessed from the same course area as the Copper and Bronze program. Some really great opportunities at this level!
