Coach Bands - For the 2025 USA Wrestling Senior World Team Trials Challenge Tournament, only two (2) coaches will be allowed in the corner.

For all divisions, only coaches with a current USA Wrestling Wrestling Leader Membership can purchase a Coaches Floor Pass. Coaches must be affliated with a competing athlete.   USA Wrestling reserves the right to adhere to strict two (2) coaches per athlete and impose limitations for competing clubs.   

Deadline May 11th - Online Bronze certified or higher coaches floor pass: $20.00.  

After May 11th - Online Bronze certified or higher coaches floor pass: $40.00

All of the following is needed to be eligible for a coaches pass:

- Photo ID
- Current USA Wrestling Leader Membership Card
- NCEP Certification Card - BRONZE or higher.

Senior clubs and College programs will receive one (1) complimentary coaches floor pass for every three (3) athletes per style entered in the Senior World Team Trials. (3 athletes = 1 comp coach)
In order to receive a complimentary coaches floor pass, email Christina Hargrove at chargrove@usawrestling.org by Friday, May 9th at 5pm MT.  If you miss this deadline, you will not receive complimentary passes. 

You will be ask to do the following:

1. Add the Coach(s) receiving the comp pass to your USA Wrestling shopping cart

2. Email Christina the Athletes Name(s) registered for your team

3. Once the Athletes are verified the coaches in your cart will be comped. 

4. Deadline to request complimentary coach pass is Friday, May 9th at 5pm MT.

All coaches that wish to gain access to the competition floor to coach athletes must have a current USA Wrestling Leader Card. All USA Wrestling Leader Membership Cards MUST be attained prior to the event, due to mandatory background checking.

How do I earn a Copper or Bronze level coaches certification?

Once a coach has their Wrestling Leader Membership with USA Wrestling, they can take the Copper or Bronze level coaches certifications through their membership profile at www.USAWmembership.com.

• To purchase, access the course options under the top tab for MANAGE, followed by COACH CERTIFICATIONS in the drop-down.
• ADD the desired course to the shopping cart and then check out and pay the course fee.
• Once the fee is paid, courses can be accessed under the MY COURSES tab.
• As soon as a course is finished, the coach’s profile is updated automatically in our system.
• We will send the coach a free new membership card that reflects the certification in about 3 to 4 weeks.

For coaches who need proof of certification sooner, they’ll be able to re-print a membership card from their profile reflecting all current certifications. Any online registration system will see the coach’s certifications as well.

Coaches who have earned both Copper and Bronze level certifications automatically qualify to start Silver level tasks. These tasks can be accessed from the same course area as the Copper and Bronze program. Some really great opportunities at this level!

USA Bracketing – Free text alerts for Wrestling Leader Members!

USA Bracketing offers coaches, parents and fans the ability to follow their favorite wrestlers and have their mat assignments and/or results update automatically on dashboards. Users can also choose to receive this information through either email or text alerts.

As a benefit of membership, USA Wrestling is offering USA Bracketing text alerts free of charge for all Wrestling Leader members.

To take advantage of the free text benefit through USA Bracketing, you will need to either create a new USA Bracketing account with your USA Wrestling ID number, or add your USA Wrestling ID number to an existing account on USA Bracketing.
