Women’s National Duals 2025 Event Schedule

This schedule is subject to change based on the number of teams entered in each tournament. 

*NOTE: TOURNAMENT WILL BE RUN IN ROUNDS BY MATCH NUMBERS. THEREFORE, TEAMS MUST BE READY TO WRESTLE AT FIRST AVAILABLE MAT.  

NOTE: In order to keep the tournament on schedule, all coaches must make a quicker transition between mats when starting a new dual. You are also encouraged to have the next wrestler ready between bouts. 

Wednesday, June 19th  

2:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Open Mats 

2:30 PM to 4:00 PM – Operations Officials Meeting 

3:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Team Registration 

4:00 to 5:00 PM –       Tournament Set-up 

4:30 PM to 5:00 PM – Coaches Meeting 

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Weigh-ins and medical check (14U, 16U, and Juniors)  

**16U must weigh in for both styles 

6:30 PM to 7:30 PM – Officials Meeting              

Thursday, June 20th 

7:30 AM to 8:30 AM – Officials breakfast and assignment meeting 

9:00 AM to 1:30 PM – 14U, 16U, and Junior Freestyle: 3 Rounds  

** Dependent on final number of teams and bracket 

1:30 PM to 2:30 PM – Lunch Break 

2:30 PM to 8:00 PM – 14U, 16U, and Junior Freestyle: 5 Rounds  

** Dependent on final number of teams and bracket 

Friday, June 21st 

7:30 AM to 8:30 AM - Officials breakfast and assignment meeting 

9:00 AM to 1:00 PM –14U, 16U, and Junior Freestyle (2 Rounds)

1:00 PM to 2:00 PM – Lunch Break
