U15 Pan American Team Trials

The event features competition for U15 (male & female) age athletes (Born 2007-2009) in Freestyle and Greco-Roman. The champion in Girls U15 weight class qualifies to represent the United States at the 2022 Pan American Championship and the Boys U15 with the highest point value (both styles combined) will earn the right to compete in both Greco-Roman and Freestyle at the 2022 U15 Pan American Championship.

Team Selection Criteria 

Only the following individuals may participate as competitors in the 2022 U15 Pan American Team Trials:

• All competitors must be U.S. citizens. U15  age athletes (Born 2007-2009)
• Eligible athletes in the U15 division must be prequalified to compete.
• *Wrestlers that represent Team USA at the Pan-American Championships will compete in BOTH styles.

Males: 

• Top 8 from 2022 U15 Nationals (Las Vegas) – either style
• Top 8 from 2022 16U (Fargo) – either style
• Top 3 from 2021 &/or  2022 Kids Nationals – either style 

Females: 

• Top 8 from 2022 U15 Nationals (Ft Worth) 
• Top 8 from 2022 16U (Fargo)
• Top 3 from 2022 Women’s Nationals – 14U age eligible (Ft Worth)
