• The highest-placing U.S. GRECO-ROMAN ATHLETE at the April 2022 Bill Farrell Tournament will receive the spot to represent the USA at the 2022 Senior Pan-Am Championships.

• Highest-placing U.S. athlete in each style and weight class who has yet to qualify will earn a spot in the 2022 World Team Trials Challenge Tournament on May 20-22, 2022.
