Please wait 48 hrs after booking your room to register.  The hotel will be sending USA Wrestling booking confirmation numbers which will be used to give you a discount on registration.

Please use your hotel confirmation number as your discount code when you do happen to register. Each Code is good for up to FOUR (4) registrations. YOU MUST BOOK THROUGH THE HOTEL LINK BELOW.

All reservations will be cross-checked before you arrive and if you don't have a valid reservation at a host hotel, you will be responsible for paying the full tournament registration amount.  You will NOT be allowed to wrestle if you have an outstanding balance.

Registration: 

NEW Registration through USAWMEMBERSHIP.COM. In order to have the correct club affiliation, each individual athlete and coaches membership profile must have the correct USAW sanctioned club listed.

In order to properly plan for the this event and ensure we are followng the recommended COVID-19 Guidelines, we will have no on-site registration this year.  No double bracketing!

If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 or other health related concerns determined by local/state health officials, full refunds will be made available. 

*Athletes, Coaches and Spectators - Please only come to the venue for the sessions you are supposed to be actively competing or spectating in. 

 

In an effort to mitigate COVID-19 and protect our members, everyone entering the venue must wear a mask and/or proper fitting face covering and be subjected to a daily screening through the USAW Membership system. Anyone who does not comply with this will be asked to leave. Please visit "Covid-19 Requirements" tab for screening instructions.  

Registration Deadlines & Entry Fees:

PRE - Registration closes Monday, April 26th at 7:00pm CT - Must register by this deadline for seeding!
- Early Entry Fee - $80.00 PER STYLE WITH HOTEL CODE.
- Early Entry Fee - $110 PER STYLE WITHOUT HOTEL CODE. 

Late Online Registration closes Thursday, April 29th at 7:00pm CT.
- Late Entry Fee WITH Code - $110
- Late Entry Fee WITHOUT code - $140

Late Registration will be allowed and conducted online and made available after the pre-registration deadline. 

USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes, even at weigh-ins.
