UNIFORMS & GEAR

• Headgear is OPTIONAL for all competitors, including all Youth and High School divisions.

• Mouthguards are NOT required, including for wrestlers with braces.

• A singlet with under briefs or an approved two-piece uniform is required.

• Two-piece uniforms may consist of compression or board shorts and a tight-fitting shirt.

• Shorts may not be excessively baggy and may not have pockets, buttons, or snaps.

• NO singlets that are the property of a high school may be worn in competition.

• Shoelaces must be taped.
