REGISTRATION

EARLY REGISTRATION FOR PREQUALIFIERS | SEPTEMBER 15–30

Early registration is available to wrestlers who meet one of the following qualifications:

• Placed Top 6 at any Open/Girls State Tournament

• Placed Top 6 at any Texas Ironman event in the Open/Girls division

• Placed Top 6 at the USJOC in the Open/Girls division

• Placed Top 6 at Tulsa Kickoff, Tulsa Nationals, or Reno Worlds

REGULAR REGISTRATION

Thursday, October 1 – Wednesday, November 25 at 11:59 PM CST

LATE REGISTRATION

Thursday, November 26 – 11:59 PM CST

REGISTRATION FEES

Rookie | $55 / $75 Late
Novice | $55 / $75 Late
Open/Girls/HS | $65 / $75 Late

Weight Insurance | $10 during preregistration

A $25 rebracketing fee will be charged during weigh-ins if weight insurance was not purchased during preregistration through the USA Wrestling registration site.

NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 26 AT 11:59 PM CST.

ABSOLUTELY NO ONSITE REGISTRATIONS OR CHANGES.

WRESTLER LISTS & MATRICES

We do not post a wrestler list or matrix until after the close of regular registration.

Please keep in mind that this event sold out in both 2024 and 2025, and we expect to sell out again this year.

We will not take phone calls, texts, or emails asking how many wrestlers are registered in a particular bracket. Most families travel a considerable distance for this event. You are welcome to review last year's brackets for an estimate of participation.
