UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS:

• Wrestlers Must have BOTH a red and a blue high-cut singlet.
• Singlets must be UWW compliant as shown HERE.  
• Wrestlers without UWW compliant red AND blue singlets will be disqualified.
• Girls MUST wear a Women’s Cut Singlet. 
• 2 piece uniforms (doublets) are NOT allowed.
• Underbriefs are required beneath the singlet.
• Head gear is optional for all wrestlers but is recommended.
• Mouth guard is optional for all wrestlers but is recommended.
• Shoelaces should be wrapped with sticky tape or a system which hides the laces so that they do not come undone during the match. 
• Towels are recommended to wipe down between periods.
