NUMBER OF COACH BANDS:

Coach’s bands will be issued based on the number of athlete registrations per team as per TX-USAW rules.

• Two (2) coaches passes for 1-8 team wrestlers.
• One (1) additional coaches pass for every 1-4 team wrestlers over eight (8).
• Athlete registration counts have been combined for 2026 Tot,Rookie,Novice State and 2026 Lonestar Nationals. 

Additional bands will not be issued for later sessions.  If you have coaches arriving on Day Two (2) be sure that not all your bands are issued on Day One (1).  

EXTRA COACH BANDS:

Teams may purchase Extra Coaches' bands for $40 EACH.

COACHING REQUIREMENTS:

Coaches must have the following to coach at this event:

• USAW Leader Membership is current- including background check and safesport certification.

• Minimum NCEP Copper level certification required ( OUT OF STATE COACHES DO NOT NEED TO HAVE THE COPPER CERTIFICATE FOR THIS EVENT )

• Coaches must present thier USAW membership card with scannable bar code at the check in table to receive their wristband for floor access.

• Only persons with valid coaches wristbands will be allowed on the mats during competition.

***Please note that Coach's Passes include admission to the event. You do not need both a coach’s pass and an admission ticket, simply one or the other.
