New for 2025: The Stockyard Stampede is implementing a formal weigh-in and audit policy to help ensure athlete safety, competitive fairness, and integrity across all weigh-in locations. This process includes satellite weigh-ins, mandatory skin checks, and random weight audits. All participants and clubs should review the policy in full before the event.

For athletes not participating in satellite weigh-ins on Thursday, weigh-ins will be held on-site at the Will Rogers Memorial Center during the following times:
