WEIGH-IN SCHEDULE 

FRIDAY, JANUARY 10TH 

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Weigh In Session 1: Skin Check & Early Weigh-ins | All Divisions - Novice, Girls, Open, HS, HS Girls, & Duals 

SATURDAY, JANUARY 11TH 

7:00 AM to 8:00 AM - Weigh In Session 2: Skin Check & Weigh-ins | All Novice, Girls Divisions (G1/G2/G3/G4), & Duals ONLY (NO WRESTLERS THAT ARE ONLY COMPETING IN OPEN, HS, HS Girls)   

2:00 PM to 2:30 PM - Weigh In Session 3: Skin Check & Weigh-ins | Novice: D3/D4, Girls: G3/G4 Divisions (NO WRESTLERS THAT ARE ONLY COMPETING IN OPEN, HS, HS Girls) 

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Weigh In Session 4: Skin Check & Weigh-ins | All Open, All High School, & Girls Duals wrestlers that do NOT already have a weigh-in         

SUNDAY, JANUARY 12TH 

7:00 AM to 8:00 AM - Weigh In Session 5: Skin Check & Weigh-ins | All Open, All High School, & Girls Duals wrestlers that do NOT already have a weigh-in 

12:30 PM to 1:00 PM - Weigh In Session 6: Skin Check & Weigh-ins | Open: D4/D5 (HS) Divisions wrestlers that do NOT already have a weigh-in 

ALL SESSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON FINAL PARTICIPATION NUMBERS.  

WEIGH-IN PROCEDURES

• Only one weigh-in is needed for all registered tournaments. 

  • EX:  Open weigh-in counts toward Duals

• Wrestlers are the only individuals allowed to enter the weigh-in area.

• Wrestlers must have a competition singlet on when entering the weigh-in area.

• They must submit to a skin disease screening prior to weigh-in. 

• The medical staff and tournament directors have full authority without appeal in determining the eligibility of an athlete to compete. Parents/coaches cannot accompany the wrestlers. They will not be allowed to carry additional clothing or anything else with them during weigh-ins.

• No weight reduction practices will be allowed on site. 

• A rebracketing fee during weigh-ins will be $20 (if weight insurance was not purchased during pre-registration through USA Wrestling)

• Wrestlers must present thier USAW cards for weighins
