National Team - Team Selection Criteria 

Nationality/Passport requirements:

• The World Team Trials process is open to all U.S. citizens eligible to represent the United States of America at the World Championships as governed by United World Wrestling (UWW) and USA Wrestling (USAW) rules.
• Athlete must be a United States citizen; and have completed USA sporting nationality with UWW prior to the athlete's World Team and Pan Am Games Tryout event.

USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes, even at weigh-ins, so sign up early to guarantee your spot in the event.

Non- UWW Girls weight classes are listed but subject to change depending on registration to maximize matches

10U Girls (Age:Born 2014-2015): 45, 49, 53, 57, 62, 67, 73, 80, 90, 100, 113lbs. 

12U Girls ( Age:Born 2012-2013): 55, 59, 64, 69, 75, 81, 87, 94, 102, 112, 126, 140 lbs. 

14U Girls (Age:Born 2010-2011) : 71, 76, 81, 84, 87, 90, 93, 97, 102, 108, 115, 121, 127, 143, 163, 183 lbs.
