Athlete, coach, trainer/medical, and staff credentials will be issued at the Registration Window which is located down the hall and to the left of the Exhibit Hall Entrance of South Point Arena during the following times:

Early Coaches Passes Online - $50.00 if purchased by April 5th at 5pm. (Must have Bronze NCEP)

• MUST HAVE A PROFILE PICTURE IN www.usawmembership.com 
• Gold/Silver Coach: Free if purchased by April 5th.

Coaches Passes - $100.00 if purchased by April 21 at 5pm (Must have Bronze NCEP) ***

• MUST HAVE A PROFILE PICTURE IN www.usawmembership.com 

Late/Onsite Coach Band: $150 if purchased after April 21 at 5pm

If you fail to request a credential after the deadlines above, the cost will be $150.00 per late credential this processing fee must be paid prior to obtaining a credential on-site.

Credential

All Credential Personnel must have the proper USAW Membership before obtaining a credential.  

All of the following is needed to be eligible for an Athlete or Coaches pass:

- Photo uploaded to Portal 

- Current USA Wrestling Leader Membership Card

- NCEP Certification Card - BRONZE or higher.   (Coaches only)              

Credential Photo Requirements

Photos are required for each credential and should be of head and shoulders ONLY. No hat and no glasses will be approved.

***Senior clubs and College programs***

• Will receive one (1) complimentary coaches floor pass for every three (3) athletes per style entered in the Senior World Team Trials. (3 athletes= 1 comp coach) - Deadline to request the comp coach credential is April 5th 
• Team Doctors/ATC Must have a USA Wrestling Medical membership & will receive one (1) complimentary credential if they have five (5) athletes or more per style entered into the Senior World Team Trials (5 athletes= 1 medical credential) - Deadline to request comp the Medical credential is April 5th

***Athletes MUST be registered prior to the April 5th at 5pm MT deadline to be eligible for the comp pass

Senior clubs and College programs for complimentary coaches floor pass, email Christina Hargrove at chargrove@usawrestling.org by Friday, April 5th at 5pm MT.  If you miss this deadline, you will not receive complimentary passes.

You will be asked to do the following:

• Add the Coach(s) receiving the comp pass to your USAW shopping and make sure their pictures are uploaded
• Email Christina the Athletes Name(s) registered for your team
• Once the Athletes registration is verified the coach(s) in the USAW cart will be comped. ***Athletes MUST be registered prior to the April 5th deadline to be eligible for the comp pass
• Deadline to request complimentary coach pass is Friday, April 5th at 5pm MT.

Athlete Credentials: All custom credentials will be printed prior to the event. Athletes MUST be registered and have a profile picture attached to their USA Wrestling Membership profile before the April 5th deadline to receive their tournament credential. If you have not done this already, please put your picture in as soon as possible.

Credential Pick-Up Times

How do I earn a Copper or Bronze level coaches certification?

• Once a coach has their Wrestling Leader Membership with USA Wrestling, they can take the Copper or Bronze level coaches certifications through their membership profile at www.USAWmembership.com.
• To purchase, access the course options under the top tab for MANAGE, followed by COACH CERTIFICATIONS in the drop-down.
• ADD the desired course to the shopping cart and then check out and pay the course fee.
• Once the fee is paid, courses can be accessed under the MY COURSES tab.
• As soon as a course is finished, the coach’s profile is updated automatically in our system.
• We will send the coach a free new membership card that reflects the certification in about 3 to 4 weeks.

For coaches who need proof of certification sooner, they’ll be able to re-print a membership card from their profile reflecting all current certifications. Any online registration system will see the coach’s certifications as well.

Coaches who have earned both Copper and Bronze level certifications automatically qualify to start Silver level tasks. These tasks can be accessed from the same course area as the Copper and Bronze program. Some really great opportunities at this level!
