Friday, July 14th 
 

Weigh-ins 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm at the Gastropub Volleyball Complex

(Weigh-Ins only for 8U-14U, Senior and Masters divisions) 
*Weights for 16U /Junior divisions will be taken from 16U/JR Nationals*

Open sand - 6:30-7:30pm for wrestlers to practice, play around, experiment, warm up, etc. 7:30pm - Rules/demonstration

8pm-10pm- Competition and Awards (for all age groups except 16U/Juniors*

*We will offer "exhibition" bouts for any local 16U/Junior Wrestlers who wish to attend and participate but cannot or do not wish to participate Sunday, Monday, or Thursday during the official 16U/Jr. Competition.

Sunday, July 16th 

BEACH WRESTLING - 16U & Jr. Women's Competition

Check in:  2:30 PM - 2:45 PM  (weight will be taken from 16U/Junior Nationals)

Competition: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Thursday, July 20th

BEACH WRESTLING - 16U  & Junior Men's Competition
 

Check in:  8:30 AM-:8:45 AM (weight will be taken from 16U/Junior Nationals)

Competition: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
