Folkstyle Nationals returns to Cedar Falls, March 31 - April 2, 2023

This year's event will feature age groups 8U through Masters. 

Folkstyle Nationals is the FIRST STAGE OF THE TRIPLE CROWN!!! 

• 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, and Junior

All custom credentials will be printed prior to the event. Athletes MUST be registered and have a profile picture attached to their USA Wrestling Membership profile before the March 20th deadline to receive their tournament credential. If you have not done this already, please put your picture in as soon as possible.

*Medical certificate is required to compete in Master’s C, D, E, & F and must be turned in during weigh-ins. It must be filled out 90 days prior to competition

TABLE HELP: This event will be really exciting and it wouldn’t be possible without your help. We are still looking for more volunteers for table help.

CHECKIN:  Once inside please find the Volunteer Check-In Station, located near the head table (on the floor area) - to be assigned to a table.

MEALS: Once you are working at your table, an event staff member will give all the working volunteers wristbands which will grant you access to the meal provided during your shift. You will need the correct color of wristband for the current session in order to receive a meal.

DUTIES: Volunteer duties will include the following of computer and tapper. No experience is necessary. Directions for each position will be taped to each table.

DETAILS:  You will only receive a T-shirt if you work 2+ shifts, this will be determined by the number of session wristbands you are wearing. Note: You will need to keep at least 2 wristbands attached in order to get a Free T-Shirt. Working 4 or more shifts will get you reimbursed for your ticket to this event through the UNItix office onsite.
