U23 Division Rules: 

- There is no qualification tournament for the U23 Nationals
- The U23 Nationals will be line bracket, double-elimination; wrestle back to 7th place.
- The current rules of UWW will govern the event and the competition (except bracketing procedures). This event will use the new UWW rules. Tech falls will be a difference of 10 points for freestyle and 8 points for Greco.
- Contestants are randomly drawn by computer.
- Video Review will be conducted for all matches.

Level One: UWW World Team Medalist
Level Two: 2021 OTT Champion & 2020/2021 Senior Nationals Champion  
Level Three: 2021 OTT Placer 2nd- 4th
Level Four: 2020/2021 Senior Nationals 2nd -8th 
Level Five: 2020 U23 Champion
Level Six: 2020 U23 Placer 2nd-8th
Level Seven: 2021 NCAA Champion & 2021 UWW Junior Champion
Level Eight: 2021 NCAA Placer 2nd -8th & 2021 UWW Junior Placer 2nd -8th
Level Nine: 2019 Fargo Champion & 2021 & 2019 UWW Cadet Champion
Level Ten: 2019 Fargo Placer 2nd -8th & 2021 & 2019 UWW Cadet Placer 2nd -8th
Level Eleven: Out of style Champion or Placer
