Registration: Must Book Room Through USA Wrestling Block To Receive Registration Discount!

If the event is cancelled due to COVID-19 or other health related concerns determined by local/state health officials, full refunds will be made available. 

*Athletes, Coaches and Spectators - Please only come to the venue for the sessions you are supposed to be actively competing or spectating in. 

 

Registration Deadlines & Entry Fees: 
 

PRE - Registration closes Monday, May 24th at 7:00pm CT 
- Early Entry Fee - $60.00 PER STYLE WITH REGISTRATION CODE (See Below).
- Early Entry Fee - $90.00 PER STYLE WITHOUT REGISTRATION CODE (See Below). 

Late Online Registration closes Wednesday, May 26th at 7:00pm CT.
- Late Entry Fee - $110.00

Late Registration will be allowed and conducted online and made available after the pre-registration deadline.

Please wait 48 hrs after booking your room to register.  The hotel will be sending USA Wrestling booking confirmation numbers which will be used to give you a discount on registration.

Please use your hotel confirmation number as your discount code when you to register. Each Code is good for up to FOUR (4) registrations. YOU MUST BOOK THROUGH THE HOTEL LINK BELOW. 

ATHLETES MUST BOOK THEIR HOTEL ROOM FIRST AND USE THE HOTEL CONFIRMATION NUMBER CODE FOR REGISTRATION DISCOUNT. PARTIAL REFUNDS CANNOT BE DONE IF YOU REGISTER WITHOUT HOTEL CODE!  

All reservations will be cross-checked before you arrive and if you don't have a valid reservation at a host hotel, you will be responsible for paying the full tournament registration amount.  You will NOT be allowed to wrestle if you have an outstanding balance.

Club Name or Weight Change Instructions:

1. Log back into usawmembership.com
2. Click “Manage” on the top.
3. Click “Event Registration”
4. Select the event you would like to update your weight class or club name.

In order to change club, the club must be listed as a primary club in the athlete’s profile. This will be found under affiliations.

USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes, even at weigh-ins.

NO REGISTRATION BY MAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO COMPETE!
