Wrestlers MUST bring their printed USA Wrestling cards to weigh-ins.  The barcode will be scanned to weigh-in the wrestler.

Weigh-ins will be at your last club practice of the week, no earlier than 5:00pm Wednesday.  Wrestlers should wear a singlet during these weigh-ins and be ready for a skin check and nail check.

There will be a last chance weigh-in at the tournament site Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm for those that miss their home club weigh-ins.  There are no Saturday weigh-ins.

Parents of all wrestlers should check their nails again Saturday morning to be sure they do not pose a safety risk.
