Weigh-ins: TCWA highly discourages weight loss. Your athlete will be pooled with athletes similar to their weight. We will be running Live weigh-ins using American Scale for an expedited process please have your USA Cards ready to be scanned

Weight classes: weights are pooled based on participants, 5 participants and under will be round robin, 6 or more athletes will be placed in line brackets.

Pre-registration

• USAW Events search TCWA
• deadline 8am morning of the event, late registration deadline for youth before 8:30 am, High School Dead line 10 am, late registration for High School before 10:30 am
• $20 per wrestler, second style additional $10 (No double bracketing in weights of the same age group)
• $25 late registration fee
• Pre-registered kids check in by 8:30 am and High School check in by 10:30 am

Walk-up registration (in person must use registration link, Cash payment will not be accepted)

• Check in times: Kids 7:00-8:00 am, High school 9:00 am - 10:00 am
• $20 per wrestler (before 8AM), second style additional $10, late registration $25 (After 8AMyouth and 10am High School)

Weigh in/Check in:

• Those preregistered will weigh-in at the scales with USAW card ready
• Check in process- we will validate brackets by having athletes check in at entry gate. We will scratch any no shows from preregistration or make any corrections 30 minutes prior to start of wrestling.

Wrestling Start Time: 8am mats open for warm up/ 9am Kids, 11:00AM High School all start times are estimates

Admissions Fee: $5 for kids 6 years and older and $10 for adults. Kids under the age of 6 free

*USA Cards will be required to wrestle.

*All wrestlers must show their card at each tournament.*

*Coaches must show current USA card to get wristband to coach mat side. Must also have a clear identifiable picture uploaded to your profile.*

All TCWA tournaments are USA Wrestling sanctioned tournaments with site/event insurance.
