Participation Cost:

          Pre-registered AND Pre-paid by Friday, April 10th 8pm:           $35 for one style / $60 for both
          Pre-registered AND Pre-paid after Friday, April 10th 8pm:       $45 for one style / $80 for both
          Onsite Registration:                                                                  $60 for one style / $100 for both

Spectators: $10 

Video/Floor Passes:  $40 (Free with a USA Wrestling Leadership card & photo ID)
