Two sessions with a 30 min clinic before each session.

Session 1-Greco-Roman- Clinic starts at 8:30AM and Wrestling starting at 9:00 AM

Session 2-Freestyle- Clinic Stats at 11:30AM and Wrestling starting at 12:00

All Particpants must have a valid USA Wrestling card

Coaches mut have a valid USA Wrestling card

8u,10u,12u,14u will be grouped into round robin groups based on weight and skill level

16u and Juniors will use the USA Wrestling weight classes.
