Pre-registration:

• Wrestlers in need of a USA wrestling card must purchase them online at www.usawmembership.com - prior to registering for the tournament, NO EXCEPTIONS
• Out of state Wrestlers may pre-register with the condition that they follow the same rules that USAWCT Clubs follow.
• Pre-registered wrestlers who do not show up for the tournament will be charged the full registration fee. No refunds for no shows.

 Absolutely NO Walk-ins permitted

Registration Fees: $30 per wrestler

• 1 Wrestler $30 1 Sibling $25
• 3 & 4 Siblings = $20 each
• *Sibling discount refunds will be provided on site the day of the tournament.

Spectator Admission  $5.00 Admission Fee/Free age 12 and under, or if you hold a current USA 

Coaches Card (please bring proof of coaches card or entry fee will not be permitted).

• *ONLY COACHES WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE MAT. PLEASE MAKE SURE COACHES CARDS ARE VISIBLE. PARENTS 
• PLEASE STAY IN THE STANDS!*

• A wrestler can move up one age group with the permission of the tournament director, provided this request is made before bracketing is completed.
• A wrestler can only compete in one bracket for each session, either the morning or afternoon session.
• The only division that can wrestle in both morning and afternoon is the Intermediate division, because the wrestler can wrestle in the morning session as an Intermediate and move up one division to Novice for the afternoon session.
• The coach requesting the division change must show their current Wrestling Leader card. Therefore, this request cannot be made by anyone without a Wrestling Leader card.

• All wrestlers and ONLY wrestlers must check in by the end of the skin check in time period to 
• verify they do not have any contagious skin conditions. Wrestlers will not be admitted into the 
• tournament if they are not checked in on time or completed proper skin condition form if needed.

• WRESTLERS THAT DO NOT CHECK IN AT THE SKIN CHECK AREA WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO THE TOURNAMENT.

• It is the responsibility of the Club Directors or the designated person for that club to check with the head person running the Skin check in area to see if any of their wrestlers have not check in by 8:15 am for the morning session and 11:30 for the afternoon session.

NOTICE:

• Head Gear will be required for all age groups. This is a USA Wrestling rule.
• ALL WRESTLERS WITH BRACES ON THEIR TEETH MUST HAVE PROTECTIVE MOUTH GUARDS.
