• Wrestlers must check-in with USAW card (will be scanned) for entry. 

  • NOTE:  Must check-in before the times shown on flyer.  If wrestler does not check-in by session required times, they will be removed from bracket (no check-in = no-show).

• Coaches must scan their USAW card for free entry (must show proof of USAW copper certification (or better) 

• Club weigh-ins will be offered.

• Several brackets will be selected in each session for weight verification at the tournament (using a 5% weight allowance).

• All wrestlers must check in by scanning their USAW card upon entry to the tournament to validate their weigh-in. Wrestlers without a club entered weight will be directed to on-site weigh-ins before being bracketed.

• Failure to check-in before weigh-ins close for their session will result in removal from the bracket.

• Head Coaches will receive weigh-in link @5pm Wed, Nov 19th. Link will close @10pm, Fri, Nov 21st. Please ensure the Tournament Director has your contact information to receive access.

NOTE:  Tournament host/director may remove any person from the facility for disorderly conduct, offensive language, or mistreatment of wrestlers or officials. TX-USAW abides by all US Center for SafeSport requirements for protection of minor athletes.
