Tournament Format:

• Divisions: Age groups 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U
• Brackets: 4-Person Round Robin
• Weight Classes: Block Scratch Weights (“Madison” Group)
• Awards: 1st – 4th Place Medals
• Advancement: All divisions are qualifier in nature, with 6U and 8U (qualification to State), 10U and 12U (qualification to Regionals), and 14U (auto-qualification to Regionals).

Registration:

• A current 2025-26 USA Wrestling Athlete membership is required to register and participate.
• All wrestler registration is pre-registration. It is completed in advance and online at USA Bracketing.
• $20 wrestler entry fee, which is collected online at USA Bracketing during pre-registration.
• Registration deadline Saturday, 12/20/2025 at 8:00 PM. No exceptions.
• Same day / walk-up registrations are not allowed.
• No refunds will be issued for failure to participate in the tournament for any reason.

Check-Ins / Weigh-Ins:

• All wrestlers must check-in on arrival. They may check-in early to their check-in window.
• Weights are based on the "honor system"—parents must enter accurate weights.
• Full on-site weigh-ins will not be completed.
• Random Weight Audits will be completed. Wrestlers must be within 3% of their registered weight.
  (Example: Registered at 50 lbs, their maximum allowed weight is 51.5 lbs).
• If a wrestler exceeds the maximum allowed weight, they will be disqualified from the tournament without refund.

Schedule:

• Doors Open: 7:45 AM. Parking available in High School lot. Enter through Activities Door #27.
• Session 1 - 8U Qualifier: Check-In 7:50 – 8:20 AM / Wrestling 8:40 AM
• Session 2 - 10U Qualifier: Check-In 9:30 – 9:50 AM / Wrestling 10:10 AM
• Session 3 - 12U Qualifier: Check-In 11:00 – 11:20 AM / Wrestling 11:40 AM
• Session 4 - 6U / 14U Qualifier: Check-In 12:30 – 12:50 PM / Wrestling 1:10 PM

Admissions: Adults $6 / Students and Seniors $3 / Children Under 5 Free (Cash or Card). All coaches with USA Wrestling Leader Membership cards are free.

Concessions: Available entire day
