- 1:00 periods - ALL BEGINNER DIVISIONS (6U/8U/10U/12U/14U)
- 1:30 periods - ALL non-14U QUALIFIER & GIRLS DIVISIONS (6U/8U/10U/12U)
- 2:00 periods - ALL 14U QUALIFIER & 14U GIRLS
USAW rules used for all other rules/positions/holds, etc.
Headgear recommended, but not required.
