-All TCWA tournaments are USA Wrestling sanctioned tournaments with site/event insurance.
-All TCWA tournaments will be ran on usabracketing.com NOT Trackwrestling
-Age groups: We use CALUSAW age group divisions https://www.ca-usaw.org/page/show/1110897-age-and-weight-divisions
- *Novice Division* We are trying out a new division for our first year athletes in these new novice divisons. Novice is defined by an athlete in their first year of wrestling. We can not as of right now distinguish novice from advanced in the system settings so please do not exploit this division for wins but leave it to our legitimate first year athletes to explore and enjoy the sport of wrestling.
-Weight classes: weights are pooled based on participants, 4 and under round robins, 5 and over in a line bracket, we do not allow athletes to wrestle two weights in the same age group. 14u may register for 16u and 16u may register for Jr
TCWA highly discourages weight loss. Your child will be pooled with athletes similar to their weight.
