Parking Instructions / Building Entry: Enter door 20, park in field house parking lot. Doors open at 7:50am

Membership: All participants to register/participate must have a current/annual 2025-26 USAW Athlete membership. For wrestlers registering for the Beginner division (only), this division allows participants without annual USAW memberships a “Take-A-Shot” 1 Day membership for $10. See information available on the Membership tab on how to purchase.

Format: Scratch weight. 4-man round-robin brackets when possible.

Weigh-Ins: Random Weight Audits will be done. As you enter the building, check-in with the admissions table, who will notify you if you have a weight audit or not. If weight audited, you must be within 3% of the weight you entered during registration. please see weigh in tab for further information. If a wrestler is over-weight, the parent and wrestler must report to the head table immediately. The wrestler will then be removed from the tournament and no refund will be given.

Check-In Process: Check your wrestler in when they arrive at the event. You do not need to wait until their check in time. If your wrestler has a weight audit, they will need to wait until the check-in time for their division to weigh.

Registration Cost: $20 Entry Fee (wrestlers) and all registration will be done online via pre-registration process only. Pre-registration is mandatory through USA Bracketing (link below). A current MN/USA card or 1 day membership (for Girls or Beginner division) is needed to register and participate at the tournament. No walk-up/same day registration allowed. During registration, it is highly recommended to enter a weight that your wrestler.  will be comfortably no more than 3% above. See pre-registration instructions on the Registration tab. Registration deadline will be 12/6/2025 @ 8pm, no exceptions. Plan ahead so you don't miss the deadline! NO REFUNDS if you do not compete at the tournament for any reason).

Divisions Summary: See the divisions tab for more detailed info on the nature of each division. 

• Qualifier Division for 6U & 8U (qualification to State) and 10U, 12U (qualification to Regionals)  and 14U (all will auto-qualify to Regionals).
• Beginner Division for all less experienced 6U/8U/10U/12U/14U. No qualification points will be granted; wrestles must be 1st or 2nd year wrestlers, or 3rd (with no previous state or regional qualifiers allowed). Entry governance will be granted to each tourney director.

Admissions/Payments: $7 (cash only) General Admission, Children under 5 are FREE. All coaches with USAW Leader Membership cards are FREE  - with current 2025-26 season USAW card (present at admissions table).

Concessions: Available all day

Awards: 1st – 4th place

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your wrestler pulls out of the tournament, please call or send an email Alex Jordan (Tournament Director) at symcsabers@gmail.com so we are not waiting for your wrestler to start the session.
