Arrival: Enter through the WHS main entrance. Doors will open at 7:30am.

Membership: All participants to register/participate must have a current 2025-26 USAW Athlete membership. For non-USAW members looking to compete in the Girls & Beginners divisions, these divisions (only) feature a Take-A-Shot 1 day trial membership. See below for how to register.

Format: Scratch weight. 4-man round-robin brackets when possible.

Weigh-Ins: For this event, only random "Weight Audits" will be done. Therefore, there will not be full weigh-ins to speed up the check-in/registration process. Please see weigh in tab for further information. 

Check-In Process: All wrestlers must check in when they arrive at the event - at any time - as you do not need to wait until their check in time. 

Divisions Available: See the divisions tab for more detailed info on the nature of each division and age groups (by birth year). 

• Qualifier Division (co-ed) for 6U & 8U (qualification to State) and 10U, 12U (qualification to Regionals) and 14U (all will auto-qualify to Regionals). Entrants may also earn R.E.P.S. points as well.
• Girls Division available for all 6U-14U wrestlers. 
• Beginner Division (co-ed) for all less experienced 6U/8U/10U/12U/14U. No qualification points will be granted; wrestles must be 1st or 2nd year wrestlers, or 3rd (with no previous state or regional qualifiers allowed). Entry governance will be granted to each tourney director.

Schedule: Full schedule noted below and on schedule tab. There are different session start/check-in times depending on the DIVISION you register for & age group combination, as follows;

• Session 1 - 8U Qualifier: Check-In 7:50-8:20am / Wrestling starts @ 8:40am (start time is approximate)
• Session 2 - 10U Qualifier: Check-In 9:30-9:50am / Wrestling starts @ 10:10am (start time is approximate)
• Session 3 - 12U Qualifier: Check-In 11:00-11:20am / Wrestling starts @ 11:40am (start time is approximate)
• Session 4 - 6U Qualifier, 14U Qualifier, 6U Girls, 8U Girls, 10U Girls, 12U Girls, 14U Girls: Check-In 12:30-12;50am / Wrestling starts @ 1:10pm (start time is approximate)
• Session 5 - 6U Beginners, 8U Beginnners, 10U Beginners, 12U Beginners, 14U Beginners (co-ed); Check-In 2:00-2:20pm / Wrestling starts @ 2:40pm (start time is approximate)

IMPORTANT: PLAN AHEAD AND ARRIVE EARLY! We will begin removing wrestlers from the event at the end of each check-in timeframe (without refund). Don't be late so we can continue our event on time.

Registration Cost: $20 Entry Fee (wrestlers) pre-registration only. NO SAME DAY REGISTRATION! The registration entry deadline is the night before, 1/31/26 @ 8pm, no exceptions.

• NOTE: The total entries across the Beginners divisions (all age group Beginners entries) will be limited to the first 250 wrestlers that register by 8pm on 1/31.

Admissions: $10 General Admission, $5 Students and Seniors, Children under 5 are FREE. Coaches entry are also free, but must present a current USA Leader Membership card. Payment options include cash, check, Venmo and all other card payments (debit/credit/Apple Pay, etc) accepted.

Concessions: Available all day featuring a wide selection of treats, drinks. You will not go hungry!

Awards: 1st – 4th place

Tournament Withdrawals: If your wrestler pulls out of the tournament, please send an email to the tournament director Jeff Katherman (jdkatherman@gmail.com) so we are not waiting for your wrestler to start the session.
