Uniforms & Gear

• Headgear is NOT MANDATORY & is OPTIONAL for all competitors (All Youth & All High School) 

• Mouthguards are NOT required for wrestlers (even wrestlers with braces) 

• Singlets with under briefs or a two-piece uniform are required. Guidelines for the two-piece uniforms are as follows: wrestlers can wear compression or board shorts and a tight-fitting shirt. The shorts shall not be excessively baggy or have pockets, buttons, or snaps. 

• NO Singlets that are the property of a High School may be worn for competition. 

• Shoelaces must be taped!
