Rules: All divisions will use international freestyle, Greco and women’s freestyle rules with USA Modifications.

Uniforms: Red/Blue Singlets are preferred for ALL AGES.

Red/Blue Singlets are REQUIRED FOR CADET & JUNIOR WRESTLERS!

Headgear is recomended for all ages, but NOT required.
