All registrations must be entered via this USA Wrestling site at https://www.usawmembership.com/usaw_events/2500166602

Registration Fees:  

• Open/Novice and Girls Divisions - $45.00/entry ($5/entry goes to TX-USAW National Teams)
• Rookie Divisions - $30/entry ($5/entry goes to TX-USAW National Teams)
  • Parents/coaches are responsible for knowing TX-USAW eligibility rules. The USAW registration system only checks for age divisions based on date of birth.
  • Rookie wrestler means no match any style, anywhere, before 3/15/24.
  • Ineligible Rookie entries subject to deletion with no refunds.

Registration Deadline:

• Early entry registration deadline Midnight, Wed, Jan. 22, 2025.
• Late registration with $10 fee thru 2:00pm Friday, Jan 24.

Registration Issues (Unable to Select Team Name):

• If you discover you could not select your wrestler's Club/Team name, this is because your wrestler is currently not affiliated with a club in the USA Wrestling membership system.  
• This needs to resolved within the wrestlers account (profile) and will continue to be an issue for all future tournaments if you don’t go through these steps to affiliate.
• Login to the USA Wrestling Membership System (http://www.usawmembership.com):
  • Go to your wrestlers profile
  • Select “Add Affiliation.” 
  • Select your club name and ensure it saved. 
• Let your coach know you have requested affiliation, as it needs club administrator approval next. 
• Once approved, you will be able to select your club in future event registrations.
