Weigh-Ins:   Saturday Feb. 15 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM; Sunday Feb. 16 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Satellite Weigh-Ins:  USAW Chartered Clubs may hold a satellite weigh in with an NCEP Bronze or higher Certified USAW Leader supervising.                                       

Doors Open:          8:00 AM                           Wrestling Starts: 10:00 AM

Official/Volunteers:         Officials and volunteers are needed to help the event run smoothly.  Please email the event organizers if you would like to volunteer.  Adult volunteers must have at least a USAW Volunteer Membership to verify background check and safesport certification.

Awards:       Medals for 1st through 6th                                     

Entry Fee/Admission:     

• $20 for all wrestlers and wrestlers must have at least the USAW limited folkstyle membership.  Get your membership at www.usawmembership.com
• Spectator Admission:  Adults $5; kids, seniors, and military FREE
• Coaching:  Only NCEP Certified USAW Leader Members are eligible for coaching credential.  It will be purchased online for a fee of $5
  • Absolutely NO other individuals will be allowed matside.
  • 2 coaches per corner.

Divisions:

• Divisions will be by Grade and will be consistent with USAW National Folkstyle Events.
• Weight Classes will reflect those weight classes being contested at Heartland Duals.
• All wrestlers attempting to make a Team SDUSAW Elementary Heartland Dual Team must participate in this event.
• Teams will be determined by placement in their respective Grade and Weight Classes.
• Champions of younger divisions may challenge Champions of Older Divisions at the same weight only, and those will be held immediately upon completion of the tournament.
