Wrestlers with any skin disorders MUST have skin form filled out and recently completed by their doctor. Must also have current USAW card. WEIGH-IN: Weigh-ins, Skin & Nail checks conducted by each club by a bronze level coach. The results of each club’s weigh-ins will be entered by the club into trackwrestling. Weigh-ins shall not be conducted before 8 am, Saturday, January 25, 2025 and must be entered by 1 pm on January 25, 2025 along with any known scratches. Login and password will be emailed to each club on or before Saturday, January 25, 2025. There will not be a weigh-in the morning of the tournament. We will however be conducting a weigh in the morning of January 25, 2025 during our high schools Sadowski Tournament for those who need to weigh in but want to attend our high school tournament. Contact us that week for details concerning our weigh in. AWARDS: Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place in the Open and Novice Divisions. We will not be awarding participation medals in either division, top 4 places only.

SCHEDULE: Coaches meeting: 8:30am. Tournament begins: 9am. ***Coaches must have current USAW card to coach and be allowed mat side – no exceptions! ***Coaches & wrestlers (up in 3 matches) ONLY allowed on the wrestling floor/mat side – others will be asked to return to bleachers – Clubs please inform your members ***Parents and wrestlers not competing will NOT be allowed mat-side. *** Coolers must stay in commons area – no coolers in Gyms. No food in Gyms. ***Please respect restricted areas and keep aisles clear in gym *** Please respect requests made by tournament workers/volunteers to remain in bleachers. *Make sure you enter into correct division – one single division for 6U, all other divisions will have Open, Girls & Novice divisions* Age and Weight Divisions: Age as of midnight August 31, 2024
