9:00 - 11:00 AM: Session 1 - Conditioning & Active Drilling
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Lunch Break - Bring your own lunch, water, and sports drink. Food is available within driving distance.
12:00 - 1:30 PM: Session 2 - Active Drilling & Technique Focus
1:30 - 1:45 PM: Break
1:45 - 3:00 PM: Session 3 - Elite Session
