RULES  

This event will be conducted under current UWW rules. 
 

** An injured athlete will have until one hour after the end of his first day of competition to announce his injury to the UWW Doctor. For all the other type of injuries or diseases that happen out of competition, the concerned athlete will have to attend the second weigh-in otherwise he will be eliminated of the competition and the ranked last, without rank.

The champion in each non-Olympic weight classes with represent the U.S. in Tirana, Albania on October 28-31

• 2024 Olympians are not eligible to compete at this event.

  • The World Team Trials process is open to all athletes eligible to represent the United States of America at the World Championships as governed by United World Wrestling (UWW) and USA Wrestling (USAW) rules.
  • Athlete must have completed USA sporting nationality with UWW prior to the athlete's World Team Tryout event.

SENIOR WOMEN FREESTYLE, MEN'S FREESTYLE, and GRECO-ROMAN 

• All Athletes Must be US Citizens & be eligible to obtain a US Passport 

• The athletes will be separated using the PIN ranking and placed into the appropriate bracketed slots. If there are any byes, they will be push to the highest seeds accordingly.” 

• Brackets will be reviewed by National Team Staff.  

• PLEASE NOTE: Wrestlers from the same club must use the same club name or abbreviation during registration in order to insure proper calculation of team points.

• THERE WILL BE NO CLUB SEPARATION.
