This event is only open to USA Wrestling card holders that are residents of Texas.  That is defined by USA Wrestling as wrestler's whose parent(s) or legal guardian file their federal income taxes as a Texas resident. 

Proof of residency may be requested if a challenge is brought forward.   This can be in the form of a lease, utility bill, tax bill, or proof of public school enrollment.
