WEIGH-INS ARE SUNDAY ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE

Where: Somerset Collegiate Academy- 4802 Vance Jackson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78230

Admissions: $6 for adults, $4 for children. Credentialled coaches, registered wrestlers, and children under 3 are free.

General Info: Texas USAW-sanctioned event. All wrestlers must have a current USAW card. Coaches must display proof of USAW copper certification (or better) on a lanyard or similar. Headgear is not required.

Weigh-in Procedure:

1. Wrestlers must weigh in on Sunday according to their weigh-in time or before

2. Weigh-ins will be conducted wearing a singlet. No weight allowance shall be given for the singlet. Tots may weigh in shorts only.

3. Mom division will check in not weigh-in

Divisions and weight classes:

All madison style Bracketing. Tots-D5 1st-4th place medals.

Concessions: Breakfast should be available first thing in the morning, and lunch will begin around 11:00 AM. Snacks, fruit, and drinks will be available any time.

Registration and Payment: All registrations are to be done online at www.usawrestling.com. Early registration $20 per entry, ends Wednesday 1-31-2024 at 11:59 PM. Entries after the deadline $30 each. Double entries are not subject to the 15-minute rest rule.

See youth rules at www.txusaw.com. Tots, D1, G1: 3 periods of 1 minute each. D2-D5, G2-G5: 3 periods of 90 seconds each. Moms exhibitions: 3 periods of 1 minute

Tournament host/director may remove any person from the facility for disorderly conduct, offensive language, or mistreatment of wrestlers or officials. TX-USAW abides by all US Center for SafeSport requirements for protection of minor athletes
