National dual teams for Elementary, Middle School, Girls 1st-8th and High School are still in place this year. The Middle school attends Heartland National Duals in Council Bluffs. The High School dual teams will be girls and boys, 2 of each.  We will be going to Heartland and Virginia Beach Nationals.  See https://www.nebraskausawrestling.org/ for more information on these events.
