USA Wrestling is excited to announce the Junior National Duals & 14U Girls National Duals is headed to Tulsa, OK on June 13 - 17th! 

The Junior & 14U Girls National Dual Meet Championships is one of USA Wrestling’s most exciting age group competitions.  State pride is at stake as teams representing USA Wrestling’s State Associations compete in the freestyle and Greco-Roman dual meet competition.  All participating teams must be selected and attend through their respective state associations. Athletes are 17 and 18 years old for the Juniors division, and 13 and 14 years old for the Girls division. 

The Junior & 14U Girls Duals was instituted as an opportunity for athletes to compete on a team to determine bragging rights for the top Freestyle and Greco-Roman 16U teams in the United States. More than 1,600 athletes from 26 different states will attend to this event at the Cox Business Center. It will be host to the Junior & 14U Girls National Duals to see which state will stand atop the podium in the end.

In 2022, 37 Freestyle, 32 Greco-Roman, and 30 Girls Freestyle teams competed in the event, for a total number of 1,627 athletes. In addition to the athletes, hundreds of coaches, officials, fans and state delegates accompany the state teams to take part in this exciting event.

The event includes: Registration the day before; two days of Greco-Roman competition; and two days of Freestyle competition. (five (5) days total)

All wrestlers who are undefeated at the end of competition will be part of the All-Tournament team.
