There are four deadlines for entry fee pricing which you should consider when making your plans. Hotel Discount codes will only be able to be used during the Flash Sale and Early Bird Registration, deadline of October 1st at 11:59 PM MT.

FLASH SALE Pre-Registration Deadline: September 1st, 11:59 PM CT - $65 without hotel code, $55 with hotel code
 

Early Bird Registration Deadline: October 1st at 11:59 PM CT- $75 without hotel code, $65 with hotel code 

 
Online Pre-Registration Deadline: October 17th at 11:59 PM CT- $85 

 
Late Online Registration Deadline:October 27th at 12:00 PM CT - $100

USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight, even at weigh-ins. Athletes will automatically be bumped up if do not make their registered weight. 

You can always update your athlete’s registration leading up to registration.

To update your Athlete’s registration

Log into www.usawmembership.com

Click Manage

Select Registrations

You should see all event registrations listed.

Select the Tournament .

Here you can change your athletes registered weight class and their Club team. 

USA Wrestling Event Refund Policy: Your USA Wrestling event purchase through the USA Wrestling membership system (tournament entry, coaches pass, tickets, etc.) is non-refundable. Any cancelation that takes place after purchase,or after the event has been passed,will not be refunded. By completing this event purchase you understand that all purchases are non-refundable for whatever reason.
