USA Wrestling is excited to announce its annual Kids National Championships is returning to Utah. The 2022 Kids Nationals will be held at the Legacy Event Center in Farmington, Utah June 26-28, 2022. Kids Nationals host the nation's top wrestlers from ages 7 to 14 in the international styles of freestyle and Greco-Roman. 

The 2022 Kids Nationals will feature the 2nd and 3rd leg of USA Wrestling's prestigous Triple Crown, which is awarded to any wrestler who wins USA Wrestling folkstyle, freestyle and Greco-Roman national titles in the same year. Utah will host Kids Nation  in 2022 and 2023. The tournament will be held June 26-28, 2022, and June 25-27, 2023.
 

COACHES AND ATHLETES PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR USAW MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH YOU TO THE EVENT. 

Weight at Kids Nationals

At Kids Nationals, provided a wrestler has qualified for Kids Nationals or been granted a waiver to compete, he/she may not compete lower than the lowest weight weighed in at any regional, minus one weight class.

Eligibility at Kids Nationals

In order to be eligible for Kids Nationals, one must compete in any regional or obtain a waiver to compete from his/her state chairperson.

ALL WAIVERS FOR WEIGHT CLASS AND COMPETING MUST BE SENT TO Tony Black at: Tblack@usawrestling.org by June 17th. NO Exceptions! 

Following Kids Nationals there will be the 2022 Sanderson D1 All-American Wrestling Camp in the same venue as Kids Nationals that will start on Wednesday, June 29th and go until Saturday, July 2nd. 

Camp Counselors include:

• Aaron Brooks - 2x D1 NCAA Champion at Penn State
• Carter Starocci - 2x D1 NCAA Champion at Penn State
• Cyler Sanderson - 2x D1 NCAA All American
