General Info and important dates

• Registration Deadline: 10/15/2026 @ 6:00pm or when 800 wrestler capacity is hit. Any Registration after that will be at $45 IF there is room. We will NOT go above 800 wrestlers. Registration will fully close on 10/29/2026 @ 6:00pm

• Doors Open: 7:00am - Please enter through the North door (Main Entrance). 
• Wrestling Style/Ruleset: Folkstyle
• Period Length: 5th-12th Grade (90/90/90) & PreK-4th Grade (60/60/60)
• Membership: Must have a valid USA Card with minimum of a Limited Folkstyle status per wrestler. 

REGISTRATION CAPACITY

• This event is capped at 800 wrestlers. Register early to ensure you get a spot! Once this limit his hit, registration will close. 

Weigh-Ins

• Satellite Weigh-Ins: Either 10/28/2026 or 10/29/2026 by 9:00pm ONLY at approved chartered club locations. 
• Parents are responsible to coordinate with their chartered club to ensure weights are actively being entered by their club's designated weigh master. Failure to have your wrestlers weight entered COULD result in your wrestler not being bracketed and removed from the event without refund.
• Wrestlers need to weigh-in with a CHARTERED/VALID USA Wrestling Club. Login information for coaches to enter weights will be sent out Tuesday on the week of the event. Chartered Utah clubs will receive this login. If you are outside of Utah and would like to host a weigh-in site, please reach out to us to discuss your club being added to this list. utahwrestlingevents@gmail.com

• Note: Chartered clubs do NOT have to host public weigh-ins. If a chartered club doesn’t offer a public option and is exclusive to their own members, please encourage your local program to become chartered through USA Wrestling so that they can host their own weigh-in option.

• USA Wrestling Leaders: Free Entry

Parking Information

• Free parking is available at this venue. When you arrive to the Golden Spike Arena (West Road Entrance), you can park in the large parking lot to the North of the arena. The overflow lot (West, by the entrance road) can be used as well if the main lot is full. 

Concessions

• Golden Spike Arena provides concessions. 

Live Stream

• This event will be streamed live on FloWrestling.

Venue Notes

• There are absolutely no "camp chairs" allowed on the floor. Please utilize venue bleachers for seating. 
• The arena will be dark. Please keep children near you to reduce risk of lost children, or injury from falls, etc. 

Coaching Credentials

• Only current/valid USA Wrestling Leader coaches will be allowed in the corner or to engage with officials. Coaches should have their membership card (can be digital) available for any needs around presenting their information.
• Pickup your coaching credentials (band) at the admissions booth upon entry. Only one band will be given per coach. Ensure you have your physical or digital card ready to scan to obtain your band.
• Parents without a valid USA Wrestling Leader card are not allowed to sit in the corner or dispute calls and engage with the officials.

Refund & Scratch Policy

• Registration fees are not refundable, regardless of circumstances. By choosing to no longer attend, or no longer being able to attend, the registration is forfeit. 
• If you are no longer able to attend, please notify the tournament staff (Contact Us tab above). If you do not do so before brackets are built, existing matches could result in a loss/forfeit. 
• Wrestlers who don't show up to their mat by the scheduled session time will be called 3 times at 30-second intervals. If after the third call, the wrestler is not present, he or she will be disqualified from that match and listed as a forfeit.
