General Info and important dates

• Doors Open: 7:45am - Please enter through the South door (middle of the building). 
• Wrestling Style/Ruleset: Folkstyle
• Period Length: 5th-9th (75/75/75) High School (90/90/90) & PreK-4th Grade (60/60/60)
• Membership: Must have a valid USA Card with minimum of a Limited Folkstyle status per wrestler. 

REGISTRATION CAPACITY

• This event is capped at 400 wrestlers. Register early to ensure you get a spot! Once this limit his hit, registration will close. 

Weigh-Ins

• Satellite Weigh-Ins: Either 09/16/2026 or 09/17/2026 by 9:00pm ONLY at approved chartered club locations. 
• Wrestlers need to weigh-in with a CHARTERED/VALID USA Wrestling Club. Login information for coaches to enter weights will be sent out Tuesday on the week of the event. Chartered Utah clubs will receive this login. If you are outside of Utah and would like to host a weigh-in site, please reach out to us to discuss your club being added to this list. utahwrestlingevents@gmail.com

Admissions

• Adults: Free Entry
• Children Under 4 Years Old: Free Entry
• USA Wrestling Leaders: Free Entry
• Payment Options: Not Applicable

Parking Information

• Free parking is available at this venue. Please park in the south and west lot. If those lots fill, please park in the overflow lot (north dirt lot).

Concessions

• No concessions are available during this event. Wrestlers are allowed to bring food into the venue (Please ensure you're wrestler/family cleans up after themselves).

Live Stream

• This event will be streamed live on FloWrestling.

Venue Notes

• There are no "camp chairs" allowed on the floor. Please utilize venue bleachers for seating. 
• Please remain in the activity area of the building, avoiding areas that we are not using for our wrestling event (school hallways, weight-room, etc)

Coaching Credentials

• Only current/valid USA Wrestling Leader coaches will be allowed in the corner or to engage with officials. Coaches should have their membership card (can be digital) available for any needs around presenting their information.
• Parents without a valid USA Wrestling Leader card are not allowed to sit in the corner or dispute calls and engage with the officials.

Refund & Scratch Policy

• Registration fees are not refundable, regardless of circumstances. By choosing to no longer attend, or no longer being able to attend, the registration is forfeit. 
• If you are no longer able to attend, please notify the tournament staff (Contact Us tab above). If you do not do so before brackets are built, existing matches could result in a loss/forfeit. 
• Wrestlers who don't show up to their mat by the scheduled session time will be called 3 times at 30-second intervals. If after the third call, the wrestler is not present, he or she will be disqualified from that match and listed as a forfeit.
