• Membership: Must have a valid USA Card with minimum of a Full Athlete status per wrestler. 

REGISTRATION CAPACITY

• This event is capped at 1,000 wrestlers per style. Register early to ensure you get a spot! Once this limit has hit, registration will close. 

Weigh-Ins

• On Site Weigh-Ins ONLY
• Parents are responsible to coordinate their schedule to make it to the approved weigh-in time slots. Failure to have your wrestlers weight recorded WILL result in your wrestler not being bracketed and removed from the event without refund.
• Please review weigh-in rules and times listed on the Schedule tab on our website.

Admissions

• Standard Entry: $10 for a Single Day, $20 for the full week
• Children Under 4 Years Old: Free Entry
• USA Wrestling Leaders WITH min Copper/Bronze: Free Entry
• Payment Options: Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Apple Pay

Parking Information

• Free parking is available at this venue.

• Holt Arena has multiple concessions stands that will be open during the event.

Venue Notes

• Bathrooms are all in the hallways of the main entrance. 

Coaching Credentials

• Only current/valid USA Wrestling Leader coaches will be allowed in the corner or to engage with officials. Coaches should have their membership card (can be digital) available for any needs around presenting their information.
• Parents without a valid USA Wrestling Leader card are not allowed to sit in the corner or dispute calls and engage with the officials.

Refund & Scratch Policy

• Registration fees are not refundable, regardless of circumstances. By choosing to no longer attend, or no longer being able to attend, the registration is forfeit. 
• If you are no longer able to attend, please notify the tournament staff (Contact Us tab above). If you do not do so before brackets are built, existing matches could result in a loss/forfeit. 
• Wrestlers who don't show up to their mat by the scheduled session time will be called 3 times at 30-second intervals. If after the third call, the wrestler is not present, he or she will be disqualified from that match and listed as a forfeit.
