Arrival: Doors will open at 7:30am

SCHEDULE (note different times for check-in / wrestling by age groups)

Session #1: 16U (2010-2011 birth year) and Juniors

• 7:50 - 8:20 Check-In / Skin-Checks / Weight Audits
• 8:45 Wrestling begins to completion 
• NOTE:Approximate completion time for Session 1 will be 12:00pm, each session should run appoximately 3.5 hours depending on registrations)

Session #2: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U

• 11:30 - 11:50 Check-In / Skin Checks / Weight Audits
• 12:15pm  Wrestling begins to completion

Weigh-ins and Weight Audit

• We will not be doing a full-blown on-site weigh-in of every wrestler. We will use the weight that the parents signed their wrestler up at during registration to pre-build all the brackets. We are using the “Honor System” with parents to correctly select their wrestlers’ weight class.
• We will be doing a random weight audits of several bracket each session
• During check-in, selected wrestlers will be sent over to weight audit. Their weight needs to be with-in 3% of whatever weight their parents pre-registered them at. For example, if the parent pre-registered their wrestler at 50lbs, their wrestler can weigh no more than 51.5lbs.
• If a wrestler is over-weight, the parent and wrestler must report to the head table immediately. The wrestler will then be removed from the tournament and no refund will be given.

Registration: 

• A current MN/USA card needed to register and participate at the tournament.
• Pre-Registration is required (online only) and will close the night before tournament @8pm on 4/3/26 (no exceptions)
• Registration is all online through usabracketing.com (see link below). 
• Wrestlers will not be able to register at the door. No walk-up day of event registrations will be allowed. There is no limit on number of wrestlers or spectators allowed in each session. 
• Registration cost is $20 per wrestler (No refunds if you do not compete at the tournament for any reason.)

Admissions

• Admission is $7 per person. Children under 5 years old and Coaches with a current USA Wrestling membership are free. We will be accepting cash, checks, and Venmo at the admissions table.

Brackets & Tournament Operations

• All bracketing and tournament results and mat assignments will be operated via usabracketing.com

Awards: Medals will be awarded for 1st – 3rd place in each bracket.

Concessions

• There will be concession on-site all day long. - We will be accepting cash, checks, and Venmo at the concession stand.

Venue Details

• Vendor will be onsite selling wrestling gear and apparel on-site.
