Texas USA Wrestling South Region Last Chance Qualifer 

If you already qualified for the 2026 TX-USAW Folkstyle Open & Girls State Championship you can NOT wrestle in the Last Chance Qualifier tournament. Only wrestlers that have not already qualified for Open & Girls State will be allowed to compete at the Last Chance Qualifier tournament the week of February 21st. Wrestlers who violate this rule will be removed from the Last Chance Qualifier competition and will not be refunded. Further sanctions will be considered based on the circumstance.

If you do not plan to attend the 2026 TX-USAW Folkstyle Open & Girls State Championship we kindly ask that you do not attend the Last Chance Qualifier tournament. Each region wants to maximize their representation at the State Championship tournament by filling their last chance qualifier spots with athletes that will attend the event. Please be considerate of other athletes in your region that desire to attend the State Championship event.

You may only attend the Last Chance Qualifier Event in your home Region. You may not attend a Last Chance Qualifier Event in a different region. Wrestlers who violate this rule will be removed from the Last Chance Qualifier competition and will not be refunded. Further sanctions will be considered based on the circumstance.

Early registration ends February 18th at 11:59 pm. Late registration ends February 20th at 11:59 pm. There will no no On-site registration allowed.
